WHAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVERS
This Privacy Policy covers SMS's treatment of personally identifiable information that SMS collects when you are on the SMS web site, currently located at http://www.steele-marketing.com ("Site"). This Privacy Policy also covers SMS' treatment of any personally identifiable information that SMS' business partners share with SMS.

SMS collects personally identifiable information when you send us your resume, e-mail us and we also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
Once you send your resume or e-mail(s) to SMS you are not anonymous to us.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION
SMS retains your personal information, as necessary, for business purposes and as required by government regulation. We dispose of records and delete information when our retention period(s) expire.
